Cutters fidget spinners for all kids on Opening Night
The fun starts June 20 on Opening Night, 2017 with fireworks after the game and a Cutters fidget spinner for all kids age 14 and under. In addition, all fans will receive a free 2017 Cutters schedule magnet.
“As we get set to debut over $4 million in renovations to BB&T Ballpark, we wanted to be sure our promotional schedule was jam-packed with fun and exciting events for what we know will be a very special season of Crosscutters baseball”, said Gabe Sinicropi, Cutters Vice-President of Marketing & Public Relations.
In addition to Opening Night, fireworks will light up the sky after every Friday night home game for a total of seven shows during the season.
A number of special appearances are scheduled including;
July 6 – “Dave “The Bullet” Smith The Human Cannonball. Returning after his performance in 2016, Smith will be shot out of a cannon on the field after the game.
July 8- Jeremy Ambler from AMC’s “The Walking Dead”. Ambler who plays a highway walker on the show, will headline the Cutters first-ever “Zombie Night” and meeting fans and signing autographs.
August 5 – The Phillie Phanatic. The #1 mascot in sports.
August 6 – The XPOGO Stunt Team. The member of this extreme pogo stick stunt team have performed around the world and will bring their one of a kind show to BB&T Ballpark.
As always, the schedule will feature a multitude a special giveaways for fans that will include; Flyworld jump coupons (June 28), Replica Jersey’s (June 29), Knoebels Bargain Night tickets (July 25), Cutters Caps (August 1), Pin Giveaways (August 22 & 23), Cutters Card Sets (August 29), & Team Photos (August 31.)
Bobblehead and statue giveaways will also be part of the season with our 2ndannual Rhashan bobblehead to be given to fans on July 15 and on July 23 Boomer bobbleheads will be given out in celebration of the mascot’s 10th season with the Cutters. On August 24, the first 1,000 fans will receive a mini-statue of Carl Stotz, the founder of Little League® Baseball.
Again this season, the team will feature special “day of the week” promotions where fans can take advantage of great specials and offers including;
Military Monday. All active and retired military personnel get a free admission ticket when they show their military ID at the box office.
Cutters Player Photo Series. A different player will be featured every week and given to the first 1,000 fans
Two-for-Tuesday. Fans can enjoy 2-for-1 soft drinks during the game.
Charitable Tuesdays. A different local non-profit is featured at the ballpark every Tuesday
Dollar Dog Night. Fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs during the game.
Thirsty Thursday. $2 domestic drafts from 6-8pm.
Launch-a-Ball. A chance to win great prizes after the game
MedReturn. Turn in your unused and expired medications for safe disposal and get a free hot dog & soda.
$2 Beer Specials
Launch-a-Ball. A chance to win great prizes after the game.
Baseball Bingo. All fans age 18 and over can play for a chance to win great prizes.
Kids Day – Stadium Reserved tickets are just 41 for all kids age 12 and under. After the game, all kids can come on the field and run the bases in “Boomer’s Mad Dash”.
