Professional Baseball Month Set at World of Little League® Museum

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Baseball and softball fans visiting the World of Little League®: Peter J. McGovern Museum and Official Store during the month of April will have the opportunity to represent their favorite teams and earn free admission to the historic Museum.

Visitors wearing professional baseball team apparel receive free admission to the museum.

Anyone wearing professional baseball team apparel will receive free admission and the opportunity to explore a world-class museum.

Rated as the No. 1 family attraction in Pennsylvania by FlipKey (a TripAdvisor company), the World of Little League Museum is filled with interactive fun, videos, and unusual artifacts to educate and entertain people of all ages. From testing your speed from home to first base and working on your reaction time as a shortstop, to playing virtual catch with Mike Mussina, the Museum offers a variety of interactive exhibits as well as the opportunity to take in the history of how the Little League®Baseball and Softball programs around the world were shaped.

Tickets normally are $5 for general admission, $2 for children 5 to 12, and $3 for seniors 62 and older. Admission for Little Leaguers® wearing their uniform with the official Little League patch, as well as Veterans, is always free.

The Museum, 525 U.S. 15 (Montgomery Pike) is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday with the exception of Easter Sunday and Monday, April 16 and 17.
