This is the first career selection for both.
Huff had a breakout season for the Colonels, leading the MAC Freedom in points with 25, tied for the lead in goals with 11 and ranked sixth in assists with three. Huff opened the season with a hat-trick against Penn State-Berks and finished with two more multi-goal games against Stevenson (9/23) and Penn College (10/25).
Ritsick set a career-high in points as a senior, leading the team in assists with four, which also ranked fourth in the MAC Freedom, and included his first career game with multiple assists when he had two against Penn College (10/25). Ritsick helped lead a defensive renaissance in Edwardsville as the Colonels went from surrendering 2.24 goals-per-game to only 1.22 during the current season, including increasing the shutout total from two in 2016 to five in 2017.
The Colonels finished the 2017 season 8-9-1 overall.
