Women's Cross Country Places 10th At DeSales Saturday

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Bloomsburg University women's cross country team finished tenth overall out of 22 teams competing at the 35th annual DeSales University Invitational on Saturday morning. Senior Hannah Boudreau (Hampstead, Md./North Carroll) paced the Huskies with a tenth-place finish.

Lycoming's Hepner reaches milestone at Lycoming Tip-Off

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Junior Emily Hepner (Leesport, Pa./Schuylkill Valley) used 42 digs in a pair of matches to become the fourth player in school history to reach 1,400 digs in a season and earn All-Tournament Team honors, but the Lycoming College volleyball team fell in a pair of close matches to Penn State Behrend, 3-1, and Misericordia, 3-1, to wrap up the Lycoming College Tip-Off Tournament at Lamade Gym on Saturday, Oct. 7.

Wilkes Women’s Cross Country Finishes 15th at DeSales Invitational
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Wilkes University women’s cross country team finished 15th out of 22 teams at the DeSales Invitational on Saturday morning. The Lady Colonels scored 446 points in the 6k event. Senior Moriah Teed posted a career-best time of 26:39.9 to finish in 89th overall.

McGuire Leads Huskies To Fourth-Place Finish At DeSales Saturday

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Bloomsburg University men's cross country team had five runners finish among the top 53 runners as the Huskies finished fourth overall at the 35th annual DeSales University Invitational on Saturday. Junior Nick McGuire (Mountain Top, Pa./Crestwood) led Bloomsburg with a 14th-place finish as a total of 28 schools, and 271 runners, competed in the event.

Stepanski’s Game-Winner Notches Wilkes Field Hockey First MAC Freedom Win

EDWARDSVILLE – Zoe Stepanski scored eleven minutes into the second half to break open a scoreless game and the Wilkes University defense held strong to post its first Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom victory of the season 1-0 over visiting DeSales University Saturday afternoon at Schmidt Stadium.

Lycoming Warriors sweep first day of Tip-Off Tournament
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Sophomore Emily Morris (Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Sachem North) had a pair of double-doubles, totaling 52 assists and 22 digs and junior Emily Hepner (Leesport, Pa./Schuylkill Valley) had 57 digs in two matches to lead the Lycoming College volleyball team to a sweep on the first night of the Lycoming College Tip-Off Tournament, beating Alfred State, 3-1 (25-11, 16-25, 25-22, 25-18) and SUNY Canton, 3-2 (19-25, 25-19, 25-5, 25-27, 15-12), on Friday night, Oct. 6, at Lamade Gym.

Connor's Second Hat Trick Leads Wilkes Women's Soccer over FDU-Florham 3-1

EDWARDSVILLE - Senior Dianna Connor stuck for a hat trick to lead the Wilkes University women's soccer team to a 3-1 comeback win over FDU-Florham in a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom contest Friday night at Schmidt Stadium.

Wilkes, the No. 8 team in the Mid-Atlantic Region, moved to 8-1-2 overall and to 2-0-0 in MAC Freedom action. FDU-Florham fell to 7-5-0 overall and to 0-2-0 in the conference.

Enck, Roach lift LHU past Saint Louis
Michele Enck and Tamia Roach each scored twice, and Paige Stuppy made four saves to power the LHU field hockey team to a 4-0 A-10 win at Saint Louis tonight.
