Lycoming College Warriors Women's SwimTeam earns CSCAA Scholar All-American Honors

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – For the seventh straight semester, the Lycoming College women’s swim team earned Collegiate Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-American Team honors for the Fall 2017 semester, the organization announced on Monday, Jan. 29.


It was the fourth straight fall semester the women’s team has earned the award.

The Warriors were one of 164 women’s teams to earn the award and one of six from the Middle Atlantic Conference, along with Arcadia, Hood, King’s (Pa.), Messiah and Misericordia.

The teams represent 430 institutions from across all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA Divisions. To be selected as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, programs must have achieved a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher over the spring semester.


The Warriors return to the pool at the Middle Atlantic Conference Swimming Championships at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa., with the four-day event kicking off at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15.
