WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Trying to clinch the top seed in the MAC Commonwealth Championship for the second straight year, the 20th-ranked Lycoming College men’s basketball team heads to Albright College on Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Bollman Center, for a 4 p.m. game.
Despite falling to Lebanon Valley, 82-79, in their last outing, the Warriors (19-5 overall, 10-5 MAC Commonwealth) still clinched at least a No. 3 seed in the conference tournament. Junior Darius James scored a career-high 26 points against the Flying Dutchmen.
Albright (18-5 overall, 11-4 MAC Commonwealth), the third ranked team in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Rankings, won its fifth straight game by double-digits when it defeated Messiah, 85-73, in its last outing.DeJuan Smith notched 30 points and nine rebounds for the Lions.

• With a win today, the Warriors will clinch a No. 1 seed in the MAC Commonwealth Championship for the second straight year and the third time in four years.
