WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Penn College outscored Penn State Berks 54-45 in the second half en route to a 90-83 win in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's basketball game Sunday in Bardo Gymnasium. The Wildcats improved to 2-8 NEAC, 3-16 overall, while the Lions dropped to 2-9, 2-17.
