WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – SUNY Poly dealt Penn College an 81-47 setback in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's basketball game Saturday in Bardo Gymnasium. Poly improved to 15-1 NEAC, 19-6 overall, while PCT wrapped up its season at 1-15, 2-22.
Cassi Kuhns paced Penn College with 16 points, on 5 of 14 shooting and pulled down seven rebounds. Tori Wolfe and Gwendolyn Lavelle each pumped in 10 points, and Jane Herman finished the final game of her career with eight points, 10 steals, and four rebounds.
Kiersten Leos led Poly with a game-high 25 points, Rylie Smith added 12, and Shannon Harrison finished with 11.
Poly led 21-9 after the first and 39-21 at halftime. Poly outlasted PCT 31-12 in third, while Penn College outpaced Poly 14-11 in the final quarter.
